This week the focus is on breakfast. You know everyone’s mothers said it was the most important meal of the day. You’ll learn about research on breakfast, and you’ll get ideas for healthier breakfasts.
Let’s talk about how you can get a better night’s sleep. You’ll even learn what foods can help you get a good night’s sleep — or not.
So many studies have shown that stress negatively affects our health, but what can you do about it? This week, the focus will be on controlling our stress. It’s not about what happens to you. It’s all about how you handle what happens.
Let’s talk about moving our bodies. No, it’s not about burning calories. Exercise actually does not work that well for losing weight. But there are a lot of other positive health benefits of exercise. It does not have to painful or complicated either!
We’ll end our email course with a list of 10 tips for eating, drinking, and overall healthier living.
Every week you’ll also get a healthy recipe that’s easy to prepare.
